By downloading, installing, or using QRScan Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Xypher Labs ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us").
QRScan Pro is a free, ad-supported Android application that provides:
QRScan Pro is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher — e.g. 16 in some EU member states).
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the applicable age, you must not use the App. The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of digital consent.

QR codes scanned through the App may also link to third-party websites or services. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites, services, or advertisements.
We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit through scanned QR codes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. All locally stored data may be retained on your device until you uninstall the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the App or other means.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
